The main feature of the house was a consistent water element that flows from the front (high) part of the site through the house, and all the way to the rear of the property. An exterior rectilinear fountain which overflows water into a reflecting pool outside the front door creates a dramatic entry.

We introduced various splits and steps in the levels of the house to complement the extreme slope of the site. This creates a very interesting flow through the various levels and allows for an interesting delineation of space but still maintains an open plan. It also created various interesting ceiling heights throughout.
