This house is sitting on a corner urban lot so the design had to be fully developed on three sides. The client wanted a contemporary look and we provided a Westcoast modern style home that they absolutely loved. They have young kids and are entertained a lot so outdoor space is very important for them. The landscape design had to be tightly integrated into the architecture and their use.
