Contemporary styled split-level home located in the West Point grey. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean and mountains towards the north.

We designed the floor plan in a split-level configuration so it naturally complements the east-west slope of the site. Not only does the split-level lift the living room higher towards the west, but we also designed it to help create a natural delineation of the different spaces without closing it off with walls or doors.
