We designed the exterior to be modern with a tapered stone entry to give it that stately presence. The form itself is fairly simple and timeless but has subtle detailing to add to the interest. The interior floor plan is kept interesting with an open through space in the stairway. This void opens through to all 4 floors from the basement all the way to the tea room in the attic. We used a custom Bocci light set of pendants so it can randomly drop within this beautiful void like lit raindrops.
