This land was rich with mature trees, although the site was on a busy city street. We were able to set the house further back due to the very deep lot. We designed a house of modest size, just something large enough for a family of 4. With land to spare, we created a smaller footprint and set the home as far back as possible to minimize the street noise. 

We were also determined to preserve the beautiful trees that were perfectly scattered around the lot and were pleased to cause minimal disruption to the natural environment. We were able to leave all the trees undisturbed.
