A 4-unit multiplex designed on a standard Vancouver lot. This houseplex design maximizes space without compromising comfort, the design balances modern urban living with the character of Vancouver’s residential neighborhoods.
Each of the four units is efficiently laid out to provide bright, livable interiors, private outdoor spaces, and contemporary finishes. By reimagining a typical lot, the project demonstrates how multiplex housing can deliver family-friendly homes, increase housing supply, and contribute to more sustainable and walkable communities.
