On this project the main floor incorporates an open plan layout for kitchen, dining, and living room to allow for maximum guest entertaining towards the north are large glass sliders to take full advantage of the mountain views. The rhythm of solid fir beams in the ceiling unifies this open space and acknowledges the west coast architecture of the house.

This client wanted a quiet Den away from the rest of the house so we envisioned a separate “wing” of the home where he could find some solace, and created a secondary structure that is connected by an enclosed Bridgeway unifying beautifully with the exterior landscape and architecture of the building
