We wanted an interior design that marries the traditional palatial architecture of the home with the contemporary sensibilities of the young client.

As someone first enters the home, they are greeted with a sense of grandeur to match the exterior. Traditional details are magnified here with detailed wall panels and mouldings. The ceilings have extensive trims which are mirrored on the floor with a mixture of patterned mosaic and marble flooring. As you walk through the rest of the home, traditional details are subtly simplified until you arrive at the basement level which takes on a more contemporary feel.
