Our clients wanted a home to suit their artistic and creative lifestyle, so our aim was to create a living space that spoke as an extension of themselves.

With an exterior reminiscent of Yaletown, we integrated our clients’ desire for corrugated metal siding by selecting charcoal gray square profile which is installed vertically to compliment the red brick, black window frames, black hardi panels and black steel components. A 20’ tall aluminum window on the Southeast corner acts as centerpiece, allowing natural light into the foyer without compromising privacy.
