Stacked Duplex

This project features a modern stacked duplex design that thoughtfully layers two residences on top of each other to optimize space, functionality, and privacy. By vertically separating the units, we were able to maximize the lot’s potential while maintaining a compact footprint.

Each home enjoys its own private entry and outdoor space, with floor plans designed to feel open, bright, and connected to the surrounding neighbourhood. The stacked configuration allows for multi-generational living or rental opportunities, offering flexibility for evolving family needs.
