Single Family Into Duplex

We transformed this single-family Character Home into a custom duplex with an intersected layout, thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of the owners — a parents-and-son setup. Each unit was customized with special features, including a sauna in one unit and a home theater in the other, while a shared outdoor space brings the family together for BBQs and gatherings.
