Side-by-Side Duplexes | Back-to-Back Configuration in Vancouver

This project features two side-by-side duplexes, each designed with a back-to-back configuration to optimize space, privacy, and functionality. By placing two mirrored duplexes next to each other, we maximized the lot’s potential while maintaining a cohesive streetscape. The design balances density with livability, offering four family-friendly homes that feel open, bright, and connected to their surroundings.
